Noah Talmadge earned a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Fine Arts from the University of Oregon in 2005. He is currently a web-based applications developer for ECS specializing in PHP.
Prior to coming to ECS Noah worked as a web developer for the Oregon University System and University of Oregon Housing Department.
Being born and raised in rural Oregon, Noah enjoys gardening, fishing, and spending time with his family.
