Steve Newton is a Research Associate within ECS. His research interests include outcome systems within residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities, and the data-based decision making of school-based Behavior Support Teams.
In 2007, Steve relocated back to North Carolina, where he continues to work on ECS grant projects.
