The Enterprise Services group is responsible for managing ECS databases using SQL Server and for a comprehensive, redundant, multi-location backup system.
To support ECS applications and to improve their scalability, integration, and reliability, the Enterprise Services group is in the process of building a shared services layer, including authentication and authorization and data access services. To better present the interrelated features of our PBS (positive behavior support) applications, this group is also designing a portal web site.
And lastly, it is the lead group responsible for disaster prevention and recovery planning and procedures.
