The User Support group is responsible for configuring and troubleshooting all desktop, notebook, and hand-held computers and other devices used by ECS staff, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals. User Support installs, maintains, and provides technical support for the Windows operating system and for applications on these devices.
In addition, User Support offers workshops and tutorials on application usage and other topics.
