| Jody Esperanza works with SWIS™ Facilitators and PBS Surveys Coordinators to create and maintain accounts for swis.org and pbssurveys.org, and with ECS research staff in analyzing and presenting data collected using these tools. Before joining the ECS staff as the SWIS™ Licensing Coordinator in 2004, Jody worked with the Religious Services and Research and Evaluation departments of the Oregon Department of Corrections in developing a faith-based re-entry program for ex-offenders returning to the community. Prior to that Jody spent 20 years in private industry as a production analyst, accountant, and administrative manager here in Eugene. | |
