Joyce Elizabeth Dean, M.Ed.

Joyce Dean is a Senior Research Assistant with ECS, and has been with the university since 1980. Joyce is a member of the Research and Evaluation Unit, which does policy analysis, data collection and analysis, and research related to services for adults with developmental disabilities. She currently coordinates the Employment Outcomes System, a statewide outcomes information system for employment and alternative to employment service providers in Oregon, and is a member of a project working on improving the quality assurance systems in Oregon. Joyce's main interests are organizational development, quality improvement, statistical process control, information system development, customer satisfaction measurement, and personnel training.
