Scott Spaulding is an interdisciplinary postdoctoral fellow in behavioral and family support sciences within the Educational and Community Supports research unit of the College of Education and the Child and Family Center at the University of Oregon. Dr. Spaulding received his B.A. in English literature from the University of Tennessee and his M.A. and Ph.D. in clinical-child psychology from West Virginia University. Dr. Spaulding has worked as a behavior consultant to schools, families, and early intervention agencies in West Virginia and Pennsylvania to help design and implement effective behavior supports. His interests include applied behavior analysis, research design and analysis in education settings, function-based support, school-wide behavior support systems, integration of family support systems within schools, intensive behavioral and language interventions for children with autism and related disabilities, and instructional design. |
