The Individual Student Intervention System (ISIS), is a tertiary prevention solution designed to help students with high-risk behaviors. These students, which account for approximately 5% of the school population, need highly focused, individualized interventions. Some of these students may also be on Individual Education Plans (IEPs). ISIS is designed around the needs of teams working with these individual students who need more intensive interventions than are offered by SWIS and CICO-SWIS.

 

ISIS provides tools that allow highly customized data tracking and reporting. Teams will determine exactly what will be measured and when. These measures will then be setup and entered into the ISIS system for easy tracking and reporting. When changes are needed, ISIS easily adapts to the changes in students' plans.
