Positive Behavior Support

  1. The activities of the PBS work group focus on the systems and practices of a school-wide continuum of positive behavior support. Emphasis is on improving the capacity of schools to identify, adopt, implement, and sustain the use of evidence-based practices school-wide, in the classroom, and with individual students.
  2. The workgroup collaborates with schools throughout the nation on the implementation of school-wide positive behavior support. In addition, major evaluation of the impact of positive behavior support efforts in schools is being completed.
